Scrum Training

I have co-taught two certified Scrum Master training courses during November'08, one with Tamara Sulaiman (New York) the other with Joseph Little (Washington D.C.). Since October 2009, the Scrum Alliance decided to change the rules for Scrum Master certification and added an online examination following a CSM course to the requirements. Many customers however are not necessarily interested in pursuing a certification path with the Alliance and are searching for high-quality, cost-effective Scrum Training for their teams. I have decided to fill that gap and cater a highly interactive Scrum Training course and Product Owner course to them. You can either bring this course in-house directly to your team, or reserve a seat in open enrollment sessions scheduled as part of the Scrum Tour. Please use the registration links listed at the Scrum Tour® website. This course has been delivered and fine-tuned over time. After more than 25 deliveries, this course has reached a very practical flow with lots of group exercises which increases energy and motivation. In other words it is fun and educational at the same time.

Title of his master's thesis: "Best Practices for Program Management Offices (PMOs)- Moving from a Waterfall based SDLC to an Agile based SDLC Environment"
